On Your Mobile DeviceYour Better Business Bureau is now making its reliability reports available for viewing on mobile devices such as iPhones. All a consumer needs to do is start with http://m.bbb.org. They are then able to access the four million reports in the BBB’s national database.
Reliability reports are the stock and trade of the BBB. These listings contain information about companies, including a letter grade rating of A+ through F, contact information and complaint handling history. Now consumers can access this information when they are on the go.
In Your Search ResultsAn application called the “BBB Accredited Business Locator” allows consumers to quickly see whether or not a company is a BBB Accredited Business. When the search engine they are using (Google, Yahoo!, Bing, etc.) produces a list of possibilities, those companies that are BBB Accredited Businesses are easily identified because they display the BBB Accredited Business Seal in the search results. In one quick step, consumers can tell that a company, because they bear this seal, is reputable. Consumers can click on the seal to access the company’s BBB Reliability Report.
The software is free to download and is powered by Azigo, a leader in user-centric technologies. Start with www.azigo.com/landing/bbb.html and follow the prompts to download the software.
